Over the last 4½ months club members have been taking part in 15 different competitions, which will mean 15 finals to be played over the weekend of Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September. A timetable of the matches will be published as soon as it is ready. There will be mens games, ladies games and mixed games; singles, pairs and triples.

Tea/coffee, rolls and cake will be available throughout the day and the bar will be open from late morning.
